My Home Move braces itself for more growth

My Home Move has revealed that it has bounced back from the impact
of the recession bigger and stronger than ever.
The conveyancing firm, based in Enderby, Leicestershire, revealed
that it has built links with major estate agents, allowing it to
increase its market share from one per cent to 1.3 per cent in just
over a year.
Furthermore, it now employs 190 people, having created 40 new
vacancies in the past two months, the Leicester Mercury
reports.
The current position represents a real turnaround for My Home Move,
which lost 30 employees through voluntary redundancies last year,
and the company now claims it is well placed for further
growth.
Explaining the success, the firm's operations director Kevin Smith
said: "[We] took a strategic decision to protect capacity through
the winter while trying to maintain and grow market share, so when
the market did start to recover we were in a good position to grow
with it".
Established in 2000, My Home Move offers a fast and accessible
e-conveyancing service that enables clients to complete a property
sale or purchase within 52 days.
