Prickett and Ellis are proud to announce the winning entry for our March Spot-it! Competition. You will remember we asked you to identify this local landmark:

the sheaf of wheat was a big clue and many of you recognised it by the string of coloured lights. It is, of course, Dunn’s bakery in Crouch End. Well done to everyone who wrote in with the correct answer.

The draw took place in our Alexandra Park Road office where manager, Claire Beauchamp Ward, invited the ever helpful, smiley Daryl from the Sunshine Garden Centre to pick a winner. Nigel Ellis found an eighteenth-century wooden wine cooler to act as a ‘hat’ and number 24 was plucked out for stardom.

Sunshine Garden Centre – always ready to help.
Drum roll please – the winner is Mr B Smith of Rectory Gardens. Many congratulations to you Mr Smith – you have won a garden ‘facelift’ comprising a day’s skilled labour donated by the fabulous local business, Beauchamp Garden Design & Construction, plus £100 worth of plants of your choice gifted by the wonderful Sunshine Garden Centre.

Beauchamp – making beautiful gardens since 2001.
We would like to thank our generous partners in our March Spot-it! competition for their support.

And, moving on – if you think you know where this pretty structure is – don’t forget to enter April’s competition.
Happy weekend everybody!
