We are delighted to be a sponsor of the Christmas tree in St James Square, Muswell Hill, which will be the centrepiece for the annual community Christmas event – a Very Merry Muswell – on Saturday 9th between 12 and 5pm.
Local personality, TV reporter and newscaster Chloe Potter, will be turning the lights on at 4pm. Chloe lives on Hillfield Park with her husband and two children and is very happy to be part of Muswell Hill’s wonderful community. Turning on the lights is ‘the stuff of dreams’, she says.

If you feel like singing on Sunday I know just the place – come and join in Seasonal Song for Crouch End’s 12th year annual Carol Singing event on Sunday, December 10th 2017. 5pm-6pm. Led by those Once-A-Year Carollers, the “Pop-Up” Hornsey Vale Christmas Choir” – new singers welcome https://carolsn8.blogspot.co.uk/, everyone will raise their voices in singing all the traditional carols with descants and harmonies in an hour!
This year’s event is preceded by: – German-style Christmas fair (1 pm – 5 pm) – food, gifts, crafts for sale – Christmas decoration making for children (1:30 pm – 3:30 pm) – in the Community Centre – Community singing led by Hornsey Vale Christmas Choir (5 pm – 6 pm) – Mulled wine, hot chocolate and mince pies available FREE ENTRY (donations welcome to support future community events in the park and community centre.
