I always seem to be racking my brains for an original and personal present for my beloved ones on those big birthdays. One successful idea was a stained glass panel commissioned specially for my husband featuring some meaningful symbols. The Stained Glass Works are only a stone’s throw away on Archway Road and the skilled craftsmen there will make anything you like. Pop in and see their amazing range of traditional and contemporary designs or talk to them about creating something unique for you.stained glass This is The Viking Ship by Pre-Raphaelite, Edward Burne-Jones which he made in 1883/4. Not saying you have to do anything quite so fancy but if your father likes fishing?
Then, of course, on a practical note, these people are also invaluable when the front door gets slammed and the beautiful old stained-glass panes you had end up on the floor!
