If you were wondering where on earth you could get celebration balloons in every shape, size and colour under the sun you’re in luck – Top Balloon on Stroud Green Road are there for you. This family run business will design and create any balloon fantasy you like including foil balloons, bubble balloons and letters and numbers. Creating a magic balloon-fest was not on my list of things to do before I die but I think it might be now.
